This full-length carbon fiber insole is precision CNC cut from premium 3K twill carbon fiber sheet with standard 0°/90° cross layup structure. Featuring classic diagonal twill woven texture on surface, full long foot contour design perfectly fits whole sole from toe to heel.
Thanks to carbon fiber’s outstanding rigidity and lightweight property, the rigid insert effectively limits excessive foot bending, offers firm arch support, relieves plantar fascia strain and reduces foot fatigue during long-distance walking, running and hiking. Widely applied for orthotic correction, sports sneakers, ski boots, work safety shoes. Custom thickness, foot outline and cut shape are available as customer requirements.
