Mid-length carbon fiber rigid insoles are precision CNC cut from high-gloss 3K plain weave carbon fiber sheet with standard 0°/90° orthogonal layup molding. Specially shaped with narrow waist & rounded end design, this mid-size plate only covers forefoot to arch area without full heel coverage.
With ultra-light weight and high flexural rigidity, the insert delivers strong arch support, restricts excessive foot pronation and bending, effectively easing plantar fasciitis and foot soreness. Ideal replacement insert for casual shoes, dress shoes, soccer cleats and narrow-foot footwear. Glossy carbon woven finish ensures abrasion resistance, custom thickness & dimension available upon client’s drawings.
