Carbon Fiber Triangle Edge Backpack Support Sheet
Crafted from high-strength 3K twill carbon fiber plate with 0°/90° cross laminated structure, this backpack edge support undergoes precise CNC cutting with triangular contour edges. Multiple hollow cut-out holes reduce overall weight significantly while maintaining excellent stiffness and anti-deformation performance.
Specially used as edge reinforcing inserts for tactical backpacks, outdoor hiking packs and sports backpacks. The rigid carbon fiber strips fix the backpack’s outline, keep the bag from sagging or deforming after heavy loading, meanwhile hollow structure boosts air permeability between the backpack and human back. Smooth polished triangle edges avoid scratching backpack fabric. Custom size, thickness and hole patterns are available according to client drawings.
