Our UD carbon fiber strips are manufactured via professional pultrusion molding process with 100% continuous unidirectional carbon fiber and high-strength epoxy resin. Distinct from woven carbon fiber profiles with grid textures, all carbon filaments align straight along the strip’s length, forming a delicate, consistent linear silk grain across the entire surface without crisscross woven patterns.

We supply multiple thickness and width specifications to meet diverse custom demands. Two standard surface treatments are available: matte bare carbon finish with a low-gloss industrial texture, and glossy clear coat finish that highlights the neat unidirectional fiber lines for premium visual effects. Each flat strip features an ultra-smooth burr-free surface, uniform thickness, perfect straightness, and compact internal structure without delamination or deformation. The strips support flexible secondary processing, including cutting, drilling, bonding, grinding and CNC machining for prototype testing and mass production.
