Brief Introduction

Our solid carbon fiber plates are manufactured with 100% pure carbon fiber impregnated with premium epoxy resin, delivering ultra-light weight, superior tensile strength and ultra-high rigidity. The available thickness covers 0.2758″ to 0.7880″. Two classic woven surface finishes are optional: 3K plain weave and 3K twill weave.

Each panel features perfectly flat, distortion-free surfaces with consistent uniform thickness. This composite material boasts corrosion resistance, non-magnetic property and near-zero thermal expansion coefficient. It supports convenient secondary processing including cutting, drilling, milling and adhesive bonding. As an upgraded substitute for aluminum, steel and fiberglass sheets, it effectively cuts down structural weight while improving structural stability and service durability.
